We got through Teenage Icon audition! OMG! Damn hyper lah!

The judges actually asked if I wear heels. I was like omg? I don't wear heels leh?

We two don't match each other coz you see, my partner, Afiq is sooooo tall that we look weird together on stage. =.=

Nevermiiiiind, I'm not even sure if we can get through next round! I'm not confident at all! Haha! Getting through the audition is already very very tyco! This is my first time afterall, then a bit pressure also coz Afiq is very experienced. He joined the same competition last year and he was worrying if the judges recognize him. =.=

There were other 3 friends who were with us as well, 1 solo and the other 2 duet. The duo chose the same song as us, and their combination was somehow like us. Both our groups are formed by 1 Malay guy and 1 Chinese girl. And we sang the same Chinese song. We went in first, then our friends came after us. The judges were shocked when they knew we're all from the same poly, same combi and same song. Funny!

In 4 days, I've learnt these. 1. See things from a different perspective. There isn't just one solution to everything. 2. People are objective. It's impossible to please everyone. As long as you've tried your best, it's sufficient. 4. Becoming friends is easy, working together as colleagues is hard. But it doesn't hurt to try. There must be a balance point between the two. 5. Don't be too stubborn. Don't just stare at the black spot. Step back, you see more. 6. The stupidest thing to do is to let work affect your relationship. I think I've disappointed everyone when I decided to stay behind. I only see myself in the picture. I think that I overworked. What I failed to see was that everyone else was tired, too.
