The reason I'm checking the inbox less and less these days is..
I'm getting more and more advertisements, chainmails, forwarded mails (same subject from different person somemore!)! The highest record was.. 100+ in a week and another time was when Asiasoft forum got attacked by spammer, I got spammed for like *insert a HUGEEEEEEE number here*
Year 2002 (TM Net 1515)
Check the Outlook Express inbox everyday, spending more than hours slowly slowly open up the mails one by one - 100% forwarded mails (chainmails, pictures) Used a total animated Outlook-Express-alike program with a butler walking out saying "Madam, you have a mail", a turkey clucking, a heavy weight dropping down from nowhere. Had insomnia for 3 nights due to chainmails with a stupid ghost animation (-_-)
Total expenditure for Internet bills - RM100-300/month
Year 2003 (TM Net 1515)
Not using Outlook Express anymore, but still having more than 4 accounts including Hotmail, Yahoo, Bluehyppo, ISP given mail, etc. Checks the mail regularly.

Year 2004/05 (Streamyx)
Seldom checks the mailbox, but still willing to read through all the mails except junkmails, mails with suspicious subjects (scary, offending, etc.). Played game most of the time. No-lifer.

Year 2006
Played game most of the time until May. Stopped gaming totally from May to October. Doesn't even bother to open up the inbox, deletes 80% of the mails. Opens only mails containing messages, stories or important mails.
